These two drinks for weight loss are very helpful to shed extra pounds from your body. The Kalonji drink is taken early in the morning which effectively burns your fat while the Banana –Yogurt smoothie will lower your weight without making you hungry or week as the ingredients of this smoothie will make you full and you do not crave for frequent meals.
- Kalonji (Black seeds) powder:1/4 tsp
- Black pepper(sabot kaali mirch):3-4 freshly powdered
- Lemon: juice from half slice
- Luke Warm Water:1 glass
- Honey: to taste
Add all the ingredients in lukewarm water. Mix well with a spoon and drink instantly before breakfast or when you just wake up. If you think you cannot gulp a whole glass of water, you can take less volume like half glass. Be sure to add pure honey in your drink as most commercially available honey contains extra sugar.
Banana –Yogurt Smoothie
- Fat free yogurt: ¾ cup
- Coconut milk: ¼ cup
- Skim milk powder: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 2 table spoon
- Vanilla essence: few drops
- Banana: 1
- Almond crushed: 4-5
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional):1tsp
(Many Ice cubes)
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture turns smooth and frothy. Add ice cubes to chill.
