
Fish is the most famous food of winters. Due to its richness in Omega3, fish is highly beneficial for our nails, hair and skin. Most of the people think that cooking fish is not an easy task. Here is a recipe for fried fish that will enable you to cook yummy fish just within five minutes.
Ingredients
- Salt……………………………………………….one teaspoon
- Black Pepper………………………………….one teaspoon
- Ginger/garlic powder…………………….one tablespoon
- Soya Sauce……………………………………one tablespoon
- Red chili powder…………………………..one teaspoon
- Flour…………………………………………..one bowl
- Corn flour……………………………………half bowl
- Salmon fish…………………………………half kg
Method
- Put fish in a bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic powder, soya sauce and mix these items with the fish.
- Take a separate bowl of flour and corn flour; add red chili powder in it.
- Take a piece of fish, roll it into the flour combo and fry it in heated oil.
Serve the hot and tasty fried fish pieces with tomato ketchup or mayo dip.
