Ingredients for chicken fettuccine Alfredo recipe:
Skinless chicken breast –3
Olive oil——————–2 Tbsp
Crushed garlic (optional)—-2tsp
Grated Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano—1cup
Fettuccine Pasta —————————8Oz or enough for 4 people
Ground black pepper—————to taste
The first thing you need to do is to cook pasta that Fettuccine. As pasta cooking is known to most of the people and if not just read the method on packet of pasta. After done with boiling pasta just drain and let it be cool.
The Alfredo Sauce:
First thing is to take a pot which should have enough space to carry all ingredients along with pasta. Then heat the butter on low flame until melted.
After this include cream into pot and remember to stir constantly while adding. Keep stirring waiting it is hot however it should not come to boil and should be little reduced or thick.
It is time to add cheese now. Do not put all of it at once. Keep on adding little amount of Parmesan cheeses and keep on stirring so that it should melt completely. This process will take some time but trick is that you should not stop stirring and also should not let it come to boil. After that add all ingredients like sugar, salt, black pepper and nutmeg and all should be fit to your taste.
How to do chicken?
You can get chicken ready while Fettuccine is in cooking process. For this you should first heat up the olive oil in pan. Add chicken and garlic to oil and sauté it until chicken is cooked properly and all juices are dried out.
