Beef ,chicken or mutton mince(Qeema): one Kg
Chaney: 4 table spoon powdered.
yogurt: one cup
Onion: one cup fried.
All spice powder(Garam masala): 1 tea:spoon.
black pepper: one tea spoon.
kababcheeni: half tea spoon powdered
ginger garlic paste: one tablespoon full
Hara dhania: one bunch
Green chili: 10
Pudina (mint): half bunch
Red chili powder:2 teaspoons
Turmeric(Haldi): 1/2 teaspoon
1.Wash Qeema and add ginger garlic paste.
2.Mix salt, red chili powder,haldi,yogurt,garam masala,Chaney Kababcheeni,black pepper in qeema.
3.Mix it properly
4.leave it for 2, hours.
5.Burn a coal piece and place it over the qeema and pour some oil on it.Cover it with a lid to retain the smoke.
6.After 2 hours add fried onions,green chilies,Hara dhania.
7. Mix all the ingredients and baked in oven at 200C for one hour.
8.You can cook on stove by keeping a tightly closed pan on tawa.
