Chinese Pulao Recipe By Food In 5 Minutes

This Chinese pulao recipe will prove to be one of the greatest cooking meal recipes for you because its quick and mouth-watering.

Are you preparing dinner for some guests tonight? Have you included the rice dish? Oh so you think that Rice dish is not easy to make. Well if you have failed in searching for some quick and easy cooking recipes to help you prepare rice then here is the easiest rice recipe on earth. All the ingredients mentioned in this recipe can easily be found in the market and they are really affordable.


Before starting this dish, you must keep in mind to add the accurate quantity of these ingredients otherwise you won’t be able to get the desired taste in this dish.

  • Butter……………………………Three tablespoons
  • Garlic (crushed)……………..one tablespoon
  • Chicken (boiled)…………….half KG
  • Spring Onion…………………half cup + one-fourth cup for garnishing
  • Cabbage………………………..one cup
  • Carrot………………………….one(cut into small pieces)
  • Lemon juice………………..one to two tablespoons
  • Soya Sauce………………….three tablespoons
  • Salt…………………………….according to taste
  • Black Pepper……………….one teaspoon
  • Chinese salt………………..half teaspoon
  • Rice…………………………..half kg
  • Chicken Stock……………4 cup


The cooking method for this dish is quite easy. At the most, it will take you around half an hour to prepare this dish.

  • Wash rice and soak them in water for almost half an hour.
  • Take a cooking pan and add butter in it.
  • Let the butter melt and then add Garlic in it.
  • Fry the garlic for a little while, add chicken when it turns golden brown.
  • Add spring onion, Cabbage, carrot, lemon juice, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, Chinese salt and mix all these ingredients properly.
  • ?Fry these ingredients and then add rice after draining the water from them.
  • Do make sure that chicken has been fried
  • Add chicken stock and then mix the rice with vegetables.
  • Cover the cooking pan, reduce the heat and let the water dry.
  • When water has dried away, take off the cover of the pan, mix the rice together and then put them on steam for five to ten minutes.
  • Sprinkle the spring onion on the top for garnishing. It will provide a really nice and fresh look to the rice.
