Half KG Sela Rice
Half KG Chicken
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 Carrot (Sliced)
1 Capsicum/Bell Pepper
Cabbage 1 Cup
Spring Onion
Chicken Stock/Yakhni 4 Cup
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Half Teaspoon Chinese Salt
3 Tablespoon Butter
Salt to taste
1 Lemon Juice



  • Add 2 Tablespoon butter in a cooking pan, when the butter is completely melt add 1 tablespoon Garlic.
  • Now add half kg boiled Chicken and place the stock/yakhni on side, you will use it later.
  • Cook chicken for 5 minutes and add Half cup capsicum/bell-pepper, 1 Cup Cabbage, 1 Carrot finely sliced and add 1 lemon juice.
  • Now add 3 tablespoon Soya Sauce, Salt to Taste, 1 Teaspoon Black-pepper, Half teaspoon Chinese Salt, and cook the vegetables.
  • When the vegetable are cooked add half kg rice soaked in water.
  • Now add 4 Cup Chicken Stock/Yakhni and give a Dum for 20 minutes, you Chinese Pulao Recipe is ready enjoy!
