Bone less chicken strips:1/2 KG
Ground red chilli (kuti mirch): 4, tea spoon
Salt: one tea spoon
corn flour :3 teaspoos
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Marinade your chicken strips in this batter and leave the marination for 12 hours.
Deep fry the stripes in a wok .
Take out your fried stripes and sprinkle some chaat masala to add some spicy touch.
