  1. Plain Flour (1 Tablespoon)
  2. Rice Flour (1 Tablespoon)
  3. Honey (1 Teaspoon)
  4. A Pinch of (Turmeric Powder)
  5. Milk (3 Tablespoon Approximately)


  • You have to apply this mixture on your dark body part and apply while scrubbing. Apply this mixture on your skin for 20 minutes.
  • If your skin is very dark apply this for 25 minutes.
  • You can use this scrub daily, or use it only when its needed.
  • Don’t use this scrub on your face, this scrub is only for dark body parts not for facial use.
