Recipe (In English) – INGREDIENTS
Chicken (250 Gram)
Chickpeas Flour (4 Tablespoon)
Baking Powder (Half Teaspoon)
Red Chilli Powder (1 Teaspoon)
Turmeric Powder (1/4th Teaspoon)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Green Chilli (2)
3 Eggs (Beaten)
Chaat Masala (Half Teaspoon)
Spring Onion (Half Cup finely chopped)
METHOD (In English)
- Take a bowl, add chickpeas flour, baking powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. beaten eggs, Chaat masala, 1/4th cup water, Chicken (Cut in small cubes) , red chilli, coriander and mix them well.
- Now Marinade this Chicken for 30 Minutes.
- Heat the oil in cooking pan, now give them pakora shape and fry the chicken until the color will change to golden.
You can serve the chicken pakora with dhania or podina ki chatni and cold drink.
