  • Boneless chicken………………………………….half kg (cut into small pieces)
  • Soya Sauce…………………………………………..one tablespoon
  • Black Pepper………………………………………..one teaspoon
  • Flour………………………………………………….one tablespoon
  • Salt…………………………………………………….half teaspoon
  • Cooking oil…………………………………………three tablespoons
  • Garlic……………………………………………….chopped into small pieces (half bowl)
  • Onions………………………………………………………..one medium-sized(chopped into small pieces)
  • Green chilli………………………………………………one (chopped into small pieces)
  • Carrots……………………………………………………….two (chopped into small pieces)
  • Bell Pepper………………………………………………….one (Chopped into small pieces)
  • Eggs……………………………………………………………two
  • Salt…………………………………………………………….one teaspoon+ Half teaspoon
  • Chinese salt………………………………………………..one teaspoon
  • Chilly Garlic Sauce……………………………………..one teaspoon
  • Boiled rice…………………………………………………one glass
  • Soya Sauce…………………………………………………one tablespoon
  • White Pepper……………………………………………..one teaspoon

Method

  • Take a bowl, add chicken in it.
  • Add soya sauce, black pepper, flour, salt half teaspoon in the chicken and mix it with a spoon.
  • Take a cooking pan and add cooking oil in it. Heat the cooking oil.
  • Add chicken in it and fry it until it becomes golden brown.
  • Cover the pan, lower the heat and let the chicken cook until it becomes tender.
  • When the chicken is done, take it out in a plate.

Fried Rice Recipe

  • Add some more oil in the pan and add garlic and onions in it.
  • Fry the garlic and onions for a few minutes and then add the green chilli.
  • Let the vegetables cook for a few seconds and then add carrots in this pan.
  • Let the carrots cook and then add bell pepper.
  • Mix the vegetables with the cooking spoon. Make them tender by frying them.
  • Add one tablespoon more oil in these vegetables and add the eggs.
  • Mix the eggs into the vegetables with the help of cooking spoon.
  • Add one teaspoon salt, Chinese salt, chicken, chilly sauce and mix these ingredients properly.
  • Drop boiled rice in this mixture and mix them properly with this mixture.
  • Add soya sauce, white pepper, vinegar and half teaspoon salt into the rice.
  • Put the rice on steam for five minutes.
