Dahi Baray is a traditional recipe that can provide you with the real taste of Pakistani snacks. If you want to feed your kids with something healthy during a weekend then there is no other dish as healthy as dahi bhallay. Loaded with the creamy yoghurt, this dish is extremely rich in calcium, vitamin C, D and E.

Ingredients

The ingredients that you are going to need for this dish are:

  • Yoghurt……………………………………..three cups
  • Boiled potatoes………………………….two to three (chopped into small pieces)
  • Bhalley (chickpea balls)……………..one pack
  • Chat masala……………………………….one teaspoon
  • Salt……………………………………………half teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)………………one tablespoon
  • Onion……………………………………….one to two small sized (sliced)
  • Tomatoes…………………………………two small sized (chopped)
  • Fresh coriander………………………..half bowl (chopped)
  • Green chillies…………………………..two (chopped)
  • Salad leaves…………………………….half bowl (chopped)

Method

  • Take a large sized bowl.
  • Pour yoghurt in it.
  • Add potatoes, bhalley, vegetables and spices in it.
  • Mix all the items with the help of a spoon.
  • Garnish with salad leaves.
