A traditional dish of Ramadan, aloo pakora recipe can provide you the satisfaction of yummiest food on earth throughout the year. If you love to eat Aloo pakoras but don’t know how to prepare perfect pakoras then this recipe is just for you.

Ingredients

The ingredients that you are going to need for these pakoras are:

  • Chickpea flour………………………………………………..one glass
  • Red chilly powder……………………………………………two tablespoon
  • Salt………………………………………………………………..one tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds (white zeera)……………………………….one teaspoon
  • Red chilli flakes………………………………………………one teaspoon
  • Coriander powder…………………………………………..one tablespoon
  • Mustard paste………………………………………………..two teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander…………………………………………….half bowl
  • Water………………………………………………………….according to need
  • Potatoes……………………………………………………..3 to 4 (skinned and cut into thin slices)
  • Cooking oil………………………………………………..for deep fry

Method

  • Take a large-sized bowl and add chickpea flour in it.
  • Add all the spices one by one and the pour some water in it.
  • Mix with beater or a large spoon in order to create thick paste.
  • Dip potato slices one by one in the paste and then deep fry in hot oil.
