Ingredients

The ingredients you are going to need for a cheese omelette are:

  • Eggs……………………………………….two
  • Onions…………………………………..chopped (one bowl)
  • Red chili powder……………………half teaspoon
  • Salt………………………………………..as desired
  • Cooking oil…………………………….one teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese………………………one bowl

Method

  • Beat two eggs in a bowl.
  • Add chopped onions in the bowl.
  • Add salt and red chili powder then beat the mixture with the help of a beater.
  • Heat one teaspoon oil in the frying pan and pour this mixture in the frying pan.
  • Spread the grated cheese on the top of this mixture.
  • When the mixture has cooked from beneath, gradually flip the side.
  • Serve on the plate when cooked from both sides.

Serve this cheese omelet with a hot paratha and a steaming cup of tea.
