Ingredients

You are going to need the following ingredients for your recipe:

  • Black pepper………………………………..one tablespoon
  • Meat tenderizer powder……………….two tablespoons
  • Salt…………………………………………….one teaspoon
  • White pepper………………………………one teaspoon
  • Chicken powder…………………………..one tablespoon
  • Yoghurt………………………………………one bowl
  • Cream………………………………………..half pack
  • Ginger/garlic paste…………………….one tablespoon
  • Cooking oil………………………………..two tablespoons
  • Butter………………………………………a small cube
  • Chicken……………………………………2 to 3 kg (whole chicken cut into pieces)

Method

  • First take a bowl and put the chicken pieces in the bowl.
  • Add black pepper on the chicken pieces.
  • Add meat tenderizer powder and then sprinkle salt on the chicken.
  • Now you must add white pepper on the chicken.
  • Next you must throw chicken powder on the chicken.
  • Also add one bowl of yoghurt in this chicken mixture.
  • Now you must add the cream in the mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients and add the ginger/garlic paste.
  • Mix the ingredients well with the chicken and let the chicken marinate for almost five hours.
  • Add oil in the grilling pan and heat it.
  • Add butter-cube in the grilling pan. Spread it once it melts down.
  • Place chicken pieces in the grilling pan once butter has heated up.
  • Close the lid of the grilling pan and let the chicken pieces grill for at least twenty minutes.
  • Take out the chicken pieces after twenty minutes and serve them with hot naan and dahi ka raaita.
