Ingredients


You are going to need the following ingredients for this easy but yummy dish:

  • Cooking oil……………………………………….half cup
  • Ginger/garlic paste……………………………one tablespoon
  • Boneless chicken……………………………….Half kg
  • Onions……………………………………………..3 medium sized (chopped in small pieces)
  • Salt……………………………………………………one teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes (Saabat Lal Mirch)…….One teaspoon
  • Water……………………………………………….half cup
  • Tomato ketchup……………………………….one cup
  • Chicken Powder………………………………one tablespoon
  • Imli-ginger sauce…………………………….Half cup

Method

    • Heat the cooking pan and add cooking oil in it.
    • Add ginger/garlic paste in the heated oil.
    • Add boneless chicken and fry it for few minutes.
    • Lower the heat under the cooking pan and cover it.
    • Let the chicken cook on low heat for five to six minutes.
    • Remove the cover from the cooking pan and add chopped onions in the pan.
    • Add salt and red chili flakes in the pan.
    • Cook for a few minutes and then add water.
    • Cover the cooking pan and let the mixture cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Remove the cover after fifteen minutes, stir the mixture and add tomato ketchup in it.
    • Add chicken powder, add imli-ginger sauce and then stir for a few minutes.
    • Let it cook for five more minutes.
    • It’s ready! Pour it in the serving bowl.
