Chicken Kabab Recipe – How To Make Chicken Cutlets

Below is mentioned a recipe that will introduce you to the yummiest form of chicken kebabs. The ingredients are really cheap and making this recipe is extremely easy. Ingredients

The things that you are going to need for this recipe are:

  • Potatoes……………………………………….. three large sized (Boiled and Mashed)
  • Chicken…………………………………………Half Kg (Boiled and minced into small pieces)
  • Red Chili Powder…………………………..One teaspoon
  • Salt………………………………………………One teaspoon or as desired
  • White Cumin………………………………..One teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder…………………………One teaspoon
  • Black Pepper…………………………………One teaspoon
  • Chicken Powder……………………………One teaspoon
  • Green Dhaniya……………………………..half bowl

Method

  •  The recipe is quite simple. All you have to do is to take a large sized bowl.
  • Add potatoes in the bowl and mash those potatoes with a fork or your hand.
  • Add the minced and boiled chicken; mix it well with your hands.
  • Next you must add the red chili powder. You can adjust the quantity of red chili powder according to your taste.
  • You must now add the salt.
  • Sprinkle the white cumin in this mixture.
  • Now you must add the coriander powder in this mixture.
  • Next you must sprinkle the black pepper in this mixture. You can also adjust the quantity of black pepper according to your taste as one teaspoon black pepper will be too much for you if you don’t like spicy food.
  • Now you must add chicken powder in the mixture.
  • Throw in the green dhaniya. You must add fresh dhaniya only.
  • Now you must mix the ingredients with your hands. Mix them well so they blend properly with each other.
  • Take one tablespoon cooking oil in a bowl.
  • Apply some oil on your hands and take a little portion of this mixture on your hands.
  • Pressing it with both palms, you must turn this mixture into the shape of a kabab.
  • You must shallow fry the kababs. When they turn golden brown, remove them from the frying pan and serve with podina chutney or tomato ketchup.

You can also freeze these cutlets after giving them the shape of kababs and use them whenever required.
